A Voice for Latino Contractors
Christian Rocha, son of immigrants and longtime advocate for Latino contractors, founded United Latino Contractors to break down the barriers faced by our community in the construction industry. After years of working alongside small construction businesses, he saw the urgent need for culturally relevant education, honest guidance, and real support.
What started as a grassroots effort has grown into a movement. Through workshops, tools, and strategic support, Christian continues to help contractors formalize their businesses, grow with confidence, and build a stronger future—one job site at a time.
Who we are
United Latino Contractors is a Dallas-based initiative dedicated to helping Latino and Hispanic contractors grow strong, sustainable businesses. We serve trades professionals across construction, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, painting, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, and other hands-on industries.
Whether you're just starting out or ready to expand, we provide access to workshops, tools, and direct guidance that simplifies the process — always in a way that respects your culture, your time, and your goals.
We are not a membership organization. Instead, we operate as a community-centered education and consulting platform, combining hands-on training with culturally relevant support in both English and Spanish. Our work is shaped by the real needs of the over 1,500 contractors we’ve worked with nationwide — many of whom turn to us for clarity, confidence, and trusted connections.
Our Mission
To support and uplift Latino contractors by providing culturally relevant business education, tools, and strategic guidance in both English and Spanish. We meet contractors where they are—offering real solutions that help them build, grow, and thrive.
Why It Matters
Latinos are leading the way in business creation — but often lack access to the tools, training, and support needed to grow with structure.
Latino-owned construction firms generate over $100 billion in revenue annually
In Texas, Latinos make up nearly 40% of the construction workforce
Over 30% of U.S. construction labor is Hispanic — and growing fast
Despite this growth, many Latino contractors operate informally or without support
That’s where we come in — to close the gap and build a future where Latino-led businesses thrive, not just survive.
Join our initiative. Let’s build the future.
At United Latino Contractors, we bring together the people who get the job done in the United States — from independent contractors to providers who believe in trust, education, and community.
If you’re a Latino contractor looking to grow your business, or a professional wanting to support this growing industry, our platform offers real opportunities to learn, showcase your work, and collaborate with others.
